Arnica Montana 1000 mg, Bromelain 500 mg, Zinc 15 mg, Vitamin C 240 mg, Grapeseed Extract 200 mg, Rutin 100 mg, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 50 mg, Diosmin 450 mg, Hespeidin Methyl Chalcone 50 mg
Take 2 tablets twice daily for 7 days or until bruising resolves. May begin 2 days before procedure to help prevent bruising.

I was worried about bruising from botox as I tend to bruise easily so I tried this with good success. I’ve since repeated botox 4 times and used this 3 of the 4 times. I developed 2 bruises the 1 time I didn’t use this so it’s definitely worthwhile for me.

My doc recommended this when I had upper eye surgery and I had almost no bruising. Hoping for the same results with my lower face and neck surgery. My doc also told me to eat lots of pineapple before and after surgery to help with bruising. I didn’t know about eating pineapple with the upper eye surgery so hoping that also helps since I’m told to expect more bruising with lower face and neck surgery.
