Josephine enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has a special interest in medical and surgical dermatology. She believes that patient education is one of the most important aspects of dermatologic care and enjoys partnering with patients to help them better understand their skin. With both personal and family experiences with skin cancer, she is especially passionate about skin cancer prevention (through mole checks/full body skin exams), early detection, and helping patients develop lifelong sun-safe habits. She also enjoys treating a wide variety of skin concerns, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, hair loss, and other common dermatologic conditions. Whether discussing individualized treatment options or sharing practical skincare tips, Josephine strives to empower every patient with the knowledge and confidence to achieve healthier skin.
Josephine is a proud member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). She completed the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship Program, earning her Diplomate certificate as part of her commitment to lifelong learning and providing the highest quality, evidence-based dermatologic care.
Outside of the clinic, Josephine enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants, and staying active through Pilates, walking, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
