    Directions

    Prior to application, soak feet thoroughly to soften the skin to allow maximum penetration of the gel. Heat will enhance the results, so place a pair of socks over the plastic booties. Remove the plastic booties after 1 hour and then rinse feet thoroughly. Plan for peeling 3-7 days after application. Peeling time varies and can take up to 2 weeks to complete. If needed, a second application can be performed in 2 weeks. Allow peeling to exfoliate gently and naturally; do not forcibly remove the dead skin cells. Soaking feet daily will speed the peeling process. Do not apply lotion or other moisturizers to feet until the peeling process is complete. If needed, a light oil-free lotion may be applied sparingly to relieve excessive dryness.

    What are your shipping fees?

    Shipping charges are waived on orders over $50. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and applied to orders under $50. Orders are shipped either standard or economy class via USPS.

    What is your return policy?

    With exception to prescription, Nutrafol, and Silagen products, customers who are not satisfied with a purchase can return the item(s) for a full refund (including taxes).  Except for damaged merchandise, shipping fees are non-refundable.  Items specified as non-refundable cannot be returned. Returns are subject to inspection and are not accepted on more than half used products. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns. Multiple returns of the same product are not accepted. Free gift with purchase item(s) must also be returned. 

    Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and while nursing?

    Pregnant and/or nursing customers should avoid tretinoin, retinol, and hydroquinone.  Please check with your physician to confirm usage of other active ingredients.
