This advanced acne scar and spot corrector product utilizes ReTex-5™ technology to allow multiple targeted ingredients to coexist in one formula while remaining active and stable. The gel base absorbs quickly to allow the active ingredients to work more effectively. Key active ingredients include: 10% Azelaic Acid, Bakuchiol, Vitamin C, Licorice Root Extract, and Medical Grade Silicone Gel, all of which have been shown to be effective in treating acne scars and/or hyperpigmentation and red spots. Azelaic acid helps to lighten dark spots and reduce redness. Bakuchiol is a plant-based alternative to retinol used to stimulate collagen production. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps to brighten the skin and reduce the appearance of scars. Licorice Root Extract inhibits melanin production and helps clear excess melanin already present. Medical Grade Silicone Gel is the gold standard for scar treatment and prevention and is recommended as first line treatment in the International Guidelines for Scar Management.

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping charges are waived on orders over $50. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and applied to orders under $50. Orders are shipped either standard or economy class via USPS.

What is your return policy?

With exception to prescription, Nutrafol, and Silagen products, customers who are not satisfied with a purchase can return the item(s) for a full refund (including taxes).  Except for damaged merchandise, shipping fees are non-refundable.  Items specified as non-refundable cannot be returned. Returns are subject to inspection and are not accepted on more than half used products. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns. Multiple returns of the same product are not accepted. Free gift with purchase item(s) must also be returned. 

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and while nursing?

Pregnant and/or nursing customers should avoid tretinoin, retinol, and hydroquinone.  Please check with your physician to confirm usage of other active ingredients.
