See package insert for complete directions. Prior to application, soak feet thoroughly to soften the skin to allow maximum penetration of the gel. Heat will enhance the results, so place a pair of socks over the plastic booties. Remove the plastic booties after 1 hour and then rinse feet thoroughly. Plan for peeling 3-7 days after application. Peeling time varies and can take up to 2 weeks to complete. If needed, a second application can be performed in 2 weeks. Allow peeling to exfoliate gently and naturally; do not forcibly remove the dead skin cells. Soaking feet daily will speed the peeling process. Do not apply lotion or other moisturizers to feet until the peeling process is complete. If needed, a light oil-free lotion may be applied sparingly to relieve excessive dryness.
